Just show up , no need to sign up.
Bring your family. Children of all ages can join the class for free.

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
On warmer and sunny days, bring water, a towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and for the beach, a bathing suit for a swim after class.
For cloudy and cooler days, bring water and a towel, wear layers, bring a waterproof jacket just in case it rains and socks to keep feet warm during or after class.
