WHAT TO EXPECT
These practical, lively and interactive courses will support you to process the range of feelings and experiences you have encountered during this period of uncertainty. You are encouraged to identify adjustments in habits and attitudes you can make in your daily routine to manage these times with a little more ease and flexibility. The sessions will be of value no matter how you have been relating to this period of change — with joy and creativity, or anxiety and fear, or something in between.
Kim Brice is the organizer of this series. Based in The Hague, Netherlands, Kim trains and coaches individuals to support them to navigate turning points in life in a more supportive way. She is a certified integral leadership coach, mindfulness-based stress reduction trainer, and movement teacher.
Each session starts with a short meditation followed by an interview-style discussion with the guest speaker-facilitator on her topic of expertise, followed by questions and answers. Participants will then have the opportunity for self-reflection through journaling or other techniques and to share insights with other participants.
