Mindfulness refresher sessions
Mindfulness invites us to stop, notice and be present with ourselves and our surroundings with non-judgmental and compassionate awareness. In this space of open attention, we are better able to let go of our automatic stress reactions and choose ways of relating to daily challenges in a more supportive way.
The refresher sessions allow you to regain connection with your mindfulness practices or to get the support of meditating within a group.
You can expect to practice a variety of guided meditations (lying, sitting or moving). There will also be an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions.
These sessions are for those who have previously participated in an MBSR training or for individuals who have regular meditation experience. Feel free to bring a partner or friend who fits this profile.

Wear comfortable clothing, wear layers (especially because we may meditate on Kim’s roof top, weather permitting) and bring a mat and meditation cushion if you have one. To sign-up, send Kim an email (see below) a few days before the session and let her know if you need her to provide you with a mat and cushion.
